Combining the products and solutions from both companies creates valuable benefits for our distribution partners and farmers."
Phenix Agrosystem’s distribution partners and customers are considered crucial assets, and the Phenix brand will continue alongside its introduction into Kverneland and Kubota’s distribution networks. Mr. Mathias Bounon, current owner of Phenix Agrosystem, will continue with his team to support the transition. He remarked, "This acquisition aligns with our vision and development strategy, providing greater opportunities and strengthening Phenix’s global presence in environmentally friendly farming practices."
